# Weekly MVP voting

> Celebrate standout teammates, every week.

Give your team a lightweight ritual of recognition. Each week, members cast one vote per group they belong to. Choose a single pick or a weighted 3-2-1, decide whether tallies are live or revealed at the end of the week, and track leaderboards over time.

## What you can do

### Group-scoped and weekly

Voting is scoped to member groups (Dev, Design, PM…) and resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC. One vote per person, per group, per week.

### Single pick or 3-2-1

Pick one standout or rank your top three with weighted points. The scheme is configurable and snapshotted so history stays consistent.

### Live or delayed results

Show tallies live, or hide them until the week closes to keep voting honest. Turnout is always visible, and voting can be closed early.

### Leaderboards & audit trail

History and leaderboards are permissioned, and an owner-only audit trail records exactly who voted for whom.
