# Projects & roadmaps

Capture ideas, move them through approval, and put the ones that matter on a roadmap. Projects carry members, stars, status, and priority; roadmaps group them into quarters so everyone knows what's shipping, what's planned, and what's blocked.

## What you can do

### A lifecycle that fits real work

Projects flow from suggested to approved to active to archived on a Kanban board. Any member can propose an idea; admins approve what moves forward.

### Roadmaps by quarter

Organize projects into periods like 2026-Q1, each with a status (planned, in progress, on/off target, completed, cancelled) and priority.

### Members, stars & links

Assign project members, let people star what interests them, and link projects to a client or ticket for context.

### Bulk import & sharing

Import projects and roadmaps in bulk, and publish a roadmap for stakeholders — public roadmaps can even be indexed.
